Please include your name, email address, and phone number as well as your desired date, time, game, and number of players so that we may make the reservation.

We highly recommend making your online reservation in advance to ensure you can play your desired day, game, or time. We do, however, accept walk-ins if we still have availability!

All of our games have an hour time limit. Your entire visit may last up to an hour and a half after factoring in game rules, group photos, and more.

No! All of our games are private, so you will never need to worry about playing with strangers, regardless of group size.

No! The entrance door will always be unlocked for your safety. You’re welcome to leave the room and re-enter at any time, but your timer will not stop if you do.

None of our games are designed specifically for kids, and at least one ticketed adult will need to accompany any players under the age of 16. For families and kid’s birthday parties, however, we recommend playing Railway Robbery or Echoes Through Time!

Sort of. While we recommend our games for ages 8 and up, all ages are welcome under the following guidelines:

• Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for them in order to participate

• Players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one paying and participating adult

• Players under the age of 5 may join for free but DO count towards the maximum headcount for the game

• Players under the age of 3 must be kept in a carrier or stroller throughout the entire experience for safety

We do not currently offer an event space for use during business hours. Since our lobby is a shared space for all groups and can fill up quickly, we kindly ask that you do not eat cupcakes or open presents during your visit. If you must bring these items with you, they must be kept in a locker during your visit.

Outside of business hours, however, our lobby space is available to rent by the hour. For more information on prices, inclusions, and add-ons, please visit our Private Events page.

Yes! Please notify us at least four hours before your start time if you would like to reschedule your booking free of charge.

Bookings rescheduled with less than a four-hour notice are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling your game more than twice, regardless of the notice given, are also subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

You may cancel your booking at any time. Bookings cancelled with more than a four-hour notice may receive their payment(s) back in the form of an eGift card. Cancellations made with less than a four-hour notice will result in a forfeit of any prepayments.

No-shows will also result in a forfeit of any prepayments.

Admission costs are determined by a tiered pricing system, meaning groups with at least 6 players in each game will automatically always receive the lowest ticket price when making bookings during regular business hours!

Unfortunately, tax-exemptions do not apply to the 7% Amusement Tax imposed by the City of Lynchburg.

However, non-profit groups are eligible to receive 10% off their booking to help offset the cost!* Please provide an ST-12 form for our records before processing any payments to redeem.
